WHAT IS SHIPPING GOING TO COST?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That is why we provide free shipping for all orders over R 450 automatically, get FREE shipping. Order values less than R 450 will show your delivery cost when you checkout and will be recorded in your Order confirmation and invoice, which will be emailed to You.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery of your order will be made 3 to 10 business days, (public holidays are excluded), anywhere in South Africa from the date that your Order confirmation is sent to you, except during sales and/or special events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, when delivery may take slightly longer.
We do not guarantee that Your Order will be dispatched or delivered on any particular date and time.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
Your Order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 08:00 and 17:00 and you, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of Your Order.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DELIVERY IN THE TIME STATED?
In exceptional cases or in remote areas delays can occur. If delivery times are exceeded, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will make work thereof and determine what happened with to your shipment. and update you accordingly. We will ensure that you receive your shipment, even if we must send you a replacement.
MY TRACKED ORDER SHOWS 'OUT FOR DELIVERY' FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF HOURS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Our couriers will make delivery to your door anytime between 08:00 and 17:00 on weekdays (public holidays are excluded). We make use of a number of different couriers to deliver our awesome products to you. We do however have an incredible system in place that lets you check up on the status of your delivery, as well as send you emails to keep you in the loop. That way, you always can easily see what is happening with your delivery.

NEED TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?
Within 48 hours of your Order having been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, a tracking number, and a link to track your Order.
You are not able to return any Products to Us with the courier and if you wish to return the Products, you must follow the returns procedure, as contained in our Online Returns Terms and Conditions, which can be found on www.seriaas.co.za.
